What is the 'Super Manufacturing Innovative Parts and Components'?
This contest is hosted by the 'Conference for the Promotion of Monodzukuri (Manufacturing)' and the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun Ltd. (Japan’s business and industrial newspaper publisher) to honor manufacturers of parts and materials that play a vital role in recognizing Japanese manufacturing competence aiming to contribute to social development and industrial expansion in Japan.
At present, many companies have entered the contest in six areas of "Machine", "Electrical・Electronics", "Cars", "Environment", "Health・Medical Equipments" and "Daily Living."
Candidates are strictly examined by the Board and Examination Advisors who have expertise in various fields.
What kind of product will be chosen as the Grand Prize Winner?
There are certain criterias to enter the 'Super Manufacturing Innovative Parts and Components.'
Development and commercialization of parts and materials have to be done within one year from the time of entry that are backed up by sales and delivery records.
